Anyone else picturing this as Derek? Like, after the Hale house has been rebuilt and the pack is actually happy (please god let this happen. let them be happy). And everyone’s over and it’s really early in the morning and his pack is a bunch of teenagers so of course they’re all asleep spread out all over the den.

But Derek’s in his twenties, he’s used to getting up early, to going on little sleep, so he’s up before them. The thing is, he doesn’t want to wake them up, not yet, so he just goes to the kitchen and quietly gets himself a bowl of cereal and just leans against the sink, eating it and watching the pack sleep.

Of course, this is a house of werewolves so one of them wakes up and kinda just raises their head, looking around blearily and Derek just softly says “Go back to sleep” and then they nod and lay back down, closing their eyes and drifting off once more.
